The full bath in the house also needs some flooring, tile and plumbing work to the bathtub and floor joists. Roof is leaking in spots and needs repairs as well.

Scope of work would involve repairing one full bath, converting full bath to 1/2 bath that would become functional, repairing flooring and drainage problems.
